REGISTRATION GUIDELINES

• For all delegates, payment for registration fee can be made in USD, EURO or TL currencies.
• To pay in Turkish Lira, the bank rates on the day of payment are valid. https://www.garantibbva.com.tr/en/foreign-exchange-rates
• All banking charges must be borne by the participants. The amount of bank charges will not be inclusive in the official receipt of the conference.
• The registration fee cannot be refunded for any reasons caused by the delegates.
• All travelling expenses will be borne by presenters and participants.
• An official invoice can be requested by emailing to [email protected]. Please state your Paper ID number in the email.

Note : Payment for registration fee can be made onsite in the morning on the first day of the conference. Please note that onsite payment can be made in cash only. Or else you can use the following bank info for wire transfer for payment for registration fee.
